The following is about Phosphated Steel Wire For Redrawing related, I hope to help you better understand Phosphated Steel Wire for Redrawing.

Phosphated Steel Wire For Redrawing

⒈Phosphation
⑴The effect of phosphating before painting
①Enhance the bonding force between the coating film (such as paint coating) and the workpiece.
②Improve the corrosion resistance of the surface coating of the workpiece after painting.
③ Improve decoration.
⑵The effect of non-coating phosphating
① Improve the wear resistance of the workpiece.
② Make the workpiece lubricating during machining.
③Improve the corrosion resistance of the workpiece.
⒉Phosphating application
Steel phosphating is mainly used for corrosion protection and base film for paint.
⑴Phosphating film for corrosion protection
① Phosphating film for protection Used for corrosion protection treatment of steel parts. The type of phosphating film can be zinc or manganese. The mass per unit area of the membrane is 10-40 g/m2. After phosphating, apply anti-rust oil, anti-rust grease, anti-rust wax, etc.
②Phosphating film for paint bottom layer
Increase the adhesion and protection of paint film and steel workpieces. The type of phosphating film can be zinc series or zinc calcium series. The mass per unit area of the phosphating film is 0.2-1.0 g/m2 (used for the paint bottom layer of large deformed steel parts); 1-5 g/m2 (used for the paint bottom layer of general steel parts); 5-10 g/m2 (used for No deformation of the paint bottom layer of steel parts).
⑵Phosphating film for cold working lubrication
The film weight per unit area of steel wire and welded steel pipe drawing is 1-10 g/m2; the film weight per unit area of precision steel pipe drawing is 4-10 g/m2; the film weight per unit area of steel parts is more than 10 g/m2. .
⑶ Phosphate film for anti-friction
Phosphate film can reduce friction. Generally, manganese series phosphating is used, but zinc series phosphating can also be used. For workpieces with small dynamic fit clearance, the mass of phosphate coating is 1-3 g/m2; for workpieces with large dynamic fit (reduction gear), the mass of phosphate coating is 5-20 g/m2. Phosphating coated Steel Wire Rope also uses the anti-friction and wear resistance of phosphating film.
⑷ Phosphating film for electrical insulation
Generally use zinc phosphating. Used for phosphating treatment of silicon wafers in motors and transformers.
