3. When bundling or hoisting objects, the wire rope should avoid direct contact with the sharp corners and edges of the object, and should be padded with wood blocks, linen or other pads at the contact point.
4. It is strictly forbidden to contact the wire rope with the wire, so as to avoid being damaged or electric shock. When approaching high temperature objects, take thermal insulation measures.
5. The wire rope should avoid kinking during use. Once it is kinked, it should be straightened immediately. In use, the number of bending should be minimized, and reverse bending should be avoided as much as possible.
6. When the wire rope is used with a drum or pulley, the diameter of the drum or pulley should be at least 16 times larger than the diameter of the wire rope. Do not pass through the damaged pulley, so as not to wear the wire rope or make the rope come off the pulley, causing an accident.
7. When the wire rope passes through the pulley, the diameter of the pulley groove should be larger than the diameter of the wire rope. If the diameter of the pulley groove is too large, the rope will be easily crushed; if it is too small, the rope will be easily worn.
8. The Steel Wire rope should be protected from wear, corrosion or other physical and chemical conditions that cause performance degradation. When lifting and transporting molten and hot metal wire ropes, measures should be taken to prevent high temperature damage.

9. Before use, choose a wire rope with an appropriate diameter according to the use situation; during use, check its load capacity and damage frequently; maintain it in time after use and store it correctly.
